Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
• Express shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $75.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the option you select. Any duties or import taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. The available destinations are shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link as soon as it leaves us. If tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses and lost parcels

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can't reroute a parcel once it has shipped. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
