Returns Policy

Return window

Unopened items in their original, unused condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions.

Hygiene exclusions

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used adhesives, sprays, gels and waxes
• Worn wig caps, grip bands, melt bands or bonnets
• Used brushes, combs or heated styling tools

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund returns that do not reach us.
